When you use Not an Attorney App℠, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including descriptions of legal situations, documents you upload or paste, and account information. We collect this solely to provide and improve the App's services.
Cloud records are protected with application access controls, including owner-scoped row-level access rules for user records. Evidence files uploaded through the cloud Evidence Locker use private file storage and temporary signed links for viewing or download. Some Free tools keep working notes in your browser's local storage instead of uploading them. No internet-connected system can promise absolute security. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
When you use an AI-powered feature, the information you submit is processed through the application's AI service integrations for the purpose of generating the requested educational response. Only submit information reasonably necessary for the feature you are using, and avoid unnecessary sensitive or identifying details.
The App relies on Base44 platform services for application hosting and integrations and uses Stripe for paid subscription processing. Other third-party resources may be opened only when you choose to follow an external link. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
You may access, correct, or remove records available through your account and may request account/data deletion through TTUCKER INDUSTRIES LLC™ support. Removing an Evidence Locker record removes it from your active workspace. We do not describe that action as guaranteed instantaneous physical erasure from every underlying storage, backup, or provider-retention layer.
Not an Attorney App℠ is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
TTUCKER INDUSTRIES LLC™ may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App.
